Privacy
Sleepmasters is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and, because
of this commitment to protecting your privacy, any personal information we
hold is done so in full accordance with the rules, guidelines and spirit of the
regulations.
Sleepmasters only requires such personal information as is essential to
process any orders you place through our web site.
We do not hold any of your banking information you supply whilst making
purchases using credit or debit cards, all such information is collected and
held (where appropriate) by Worldpay, a member of The Royal Bank of
Scotland Group, who collect payment on our behalf.
Where we do collect such information for the purpose of processing an
application for Interest Free Credit (IFC), all the information you supply is
stored on our secure server and is only accessed by Sleepmasters’ staff to
process your application. Our Interest Free Credit services are provided by
Black Horse Finance, a Lloyds TSB company, and we only pass to them the
information they require to assess your IFC application.
Other than these two exceptions, Sleepmasters does not pass any
information you provide to a third party.
Sleepmasters takes all reasonable steps to protect the information you
provide during your visit to our web site but we cannot accept responsibility for
security breaches beyond our control.
Information on pages you visit, products you view etc may be stored by our
systems for analysis and to help us improve our web site but you cannot be
identified by this information and it will be used for statistical purposes only.
