What you need to know about the delivery
We'll send you an email within 48 hours to let you know when we are coming to deliver. (If you use our monthly payment method, this date will be dependant on you completing and returning your documents within 5 working days). If this date isn't convenient for you, just get in contact and we can rearrange the delivery.
We'll call you or send you a text message 2 working days prior to the delivery to let you know whether we're coming in the morning or afternoon.
Please double check that your bed will fit through your home and into your bedroom (please see the sizes information). We may have to charge you if you have to choose a different bed because your original one doesn't fit when we come to deliver it. Unlike some of our competitors, we will deliver your bed to the room of your choice, but we can only do this if it will physically fit!
Please check that our van will be able to fit down your road. The vans are approximately 8.5 metres long by 2.5 metres wide and 4.0 metres high.
Please note that our drivers can't move or take away your old bed.
We will assemble all divan beds unless you ask us otherwise - but our bed frames are all flat-packed and we'll leave the boxes in a room of your choice. These bed frames are self-assembly, but come with full instructions and usually take about an hour for 2 people to assemble together.
Remember to make sure that you, a friend or a family member is available throughout the time that we say we may arrive. We'd hate to arrive during the 30 minutes that you nip out to take the kids to school!
